A3M Real Estate LLC is a boutique brokerage in Pearland. We represent people buying, selling, and holding property in greater Houston—especially Pearland, Brazoria County, and nearby communities that get lumped into “Houston” on a map and ignored in the details.
We are not a national portal with a local sticker. Listings, showings, and negotiations are run by a small team that still reads the contract. If you want 40 simultaneous buyers’ agents and a billboard, we will gladly refer you.
Our office is at 12280 Broadway Street, Unit 4116, Pearland, TX 77584—the same professional building as A3M Accounting Services LLC. Two firms, one standard of how clients should be treated.
